I’m a PhD student in History of Technology at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, and editor-in-chief of the digital Swedish museum magazine Utställningskritik.
I have previously worked in a few different Swedish museums, mainly in digital roles.
In 2022–2023, I was Curator of Digital Collections at ArkDes in Stockholm, Sweden. I’m currently on a leave of absence to complete my PhD.
Between 2014 and 2022, I worked as digital media producer at Nordiska museet. In my work I was involved in multiple projects at the museum; both web-based projects and on-site digital interactives.
Between 2003 and 2014, I worked in various positions at the Nobel Museum (also in Stockholm), mainly with exhibitions and digital media. In 2011–2012, I had a temporary position as web project manager at the National Maritime Museums in Sweden.
I started the blog on this site after participating in the 2012 Museums and the Web conference in San Diego, CA. Connecting with the international museum tech community was an eye-opener to the vast variety of digital initiatives taking place all around the world. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in and present my work at multiple museum conferences and seminars in Sweden and abroad.
